I have a
when it comes to diet, you don't have to do anything different. have 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones. assess how much your portion sizes are. I usually advise to reduce a third from every meal and have something small every couple of hours. since you have already started swimming which is great, I am assuming you are 6 months post partum. also include strength training. squats, planks, push ups, side planks, lying down leg raises help with strengthening the core. work on toning your body over all and that will help to reduce the belly.
