Aditi Manja Having undergone normal the first time and c-sec in the second pregnancy, I can see a vast difference in the way my belly fat has reduced. First time round it seemed very easy but second time it is very difficult to achieve the result I want. Is it due to age or is it really tough to reduce after c-sec? How can work more to concentrate on reducing the stubborn fat? Also can you suggest quick protein diets after workout?
