Agar back pain bohot zyada hai toh doctor se consult karein. You might be prescribed some vitamin and calcium supplements. Walking ke saath back strengthening bhi zaroori hai. Asanas like bhujangasana, downward dog, matsyasana, chakrasana, dhanurasana, setubandhasana help with back pain. Also having 6 smaller meals instead of 3 large ones is better. Khane mae everything is okay but reduce the portion size by a third. Also check your weight regularly. Helps in habit forming and motivation. Tc! :-)
