I have a
rashmi, first look at your daily food intake. you will have to control the portion sizes. Reduce by a third for each meal. Have 6 small meals. Aim to workout 5 days a week. Include some sort of cardio( walking, swimming, zumba) strength training and yoga. 30 to 45 minutes a day is very good. Also maintain a weight log to track your progress. Overall weight loss will help in reducing the tummy :-)
