control ur salt intake
sleep with left side. its because the compression on one vein that supply the blood to your lower extremities.
baby bump compress that vein so the blood supply hampred. it will automatically subsided after your delivery.
Drink boiled barley rice water..
I woke up to swollen feet developed overnight. Do not take this lightly please. Get your urine tested for presence of protein in it? Just to be on safe side and rule out any chances of preeclampsia
