Blood clot is not due to jerk and in most cases it will dissolve as Pregnancy progresses. The placenta being low lying means that you need to rest and take it slow. chances of spotting are high and then you would be on complete bed rest.

same happens with me  also. my dr also advice me to bed rest fr a while n she give me inj also to prevent dis. do consult ur gyn

hello
low lyinh placenta is not a problem if internal os is closed and cervical length is in normal limitations... infact as the pregnancy progresses it will move upwards.. Avoid strenous work, and take good rest.. avoid intercoarse, long standing walking climbing stairs..  whenever you get spotting or bleeding P/v please visit doctor asap
