I can understand. Try to keep pillows and feed. You need to check with your doctor for support belt, I feel. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins. Sheeba Vijesh any suggestions.

hi sadia, the belt won't really help I feel. the only solace I can give you now is that the pain will go, unless there is some underlying medical issue. you are still very nascent post partum. For now be mindful of your posture while feeding and take loads of rest. Ask your doctor for calcium and iron supplements. I am also a c section mom and I had all the works after delivery- back pain, wrist pain, knee pains, cramps you name it. Start a walking routine after about 40 days. You will get stronger :) Tc!

hi sadia, if you do not look after your posture now, you will get many aches and problems later on. use a high back chair with arm rests and a foot stool to keep your feet. keep a pillow at your back and on your lap to place baby on. do not bend towards baby, rather pull baby towards you, baby facing your body. even at nights, sit on the chair to feed. i was advised to feed this way by physiotherapist, and it really made feeding very comfortable. no aches at all....

The pain will take some time. Try using a feeding pillow. it helped me a lot. a hot water bottle can be used to soothe the back. please rest as much as possible.

i agree with what Sheeba Vijesh has said . also if poss trt feeding baby while lying down at night . ur back and u both will get rest . always have a pillow behind ur back for support.
