Q:

My kid is now a month and 4 days old and so far I have been on nappy changing duty.  I am thinking of now investing on superbottoms (cloth diapers)  at least for the night or to take him out.  These cost a bomb.  Is it worth investing in ? Also does anyone know the difference between the one that is for 620 and the one for 890? Also how long do these cloth diapers actually last (can be reused for)  ?

hi Sumira, I used cloth nappies only for first 15 days and then switched to disposable diapers, never faced any prob apart from budgetary constraints. Then after completing 3 months I invested in reusable cloth diapers, all the 3 types, found them to be good. but the best one to me was with attached inner charcoal lining and bamboo insert, it soaks for max 3 hrs, even if it can soak more I always change after 3 hrs to avoid any rashes. I have used chuddy buddy, bumberry and babyhug brands. my lo is 16 mo now and am still using.

thanks Neha Sharma that's most helpful.  how long can one cloth diaper be used for?  how many washes can it sustain?

welcome dear, I am not sure if these have to be replaced after some time coz I haven't done that, I only skipped using them during winters. and they still look good.
