Hi, I am 32 weeks pregnant. I am sweating a lot especially after eating food. My BP is normal.

is this sweating normal? Can i take lemon water?



Sweating is very normal during pregnancy. Yes you can have lemon water. Sweeten with jaggery and avoid sugar.

Due to increase in body weight and the hormonal changes its normal to sweat during pregnancy..have plenty of water and avoid aerated drinks..always ensure that urine is almost colorless or very slightly yellowish to know that body is hydrated. :) Also avoid feeling suffocated,give urself and ur baby some fresh air wenever possible
