As your mind is pre occupied with your studies you may ignore the light flutters and flurries. You can sit and study but take frequent breaks every forty five minutes to an hour to stretch walk around and keep yourself well hydrated. Don't rely on tea and coffee to keep yourself awake and focus instead on healthy eating.

You can go for a regular check up. Consult your gyno if you have too much doubts. Better to study early morning than to be awake at night. Follow as Sonali ma'am have asked you to do. Eat in time, sleep in time.
