After 7 month pregnant women sleeping position and daily life pattern



She should sleep sideways..and if possible on the left side is better.. daily life pattern should be very normal..but no bending ofcourse..walk daily..do squats..but only olif physiothrapist allow and she will suggest more exercises.. and takr more precaution in the 8th month coz its very much crucial..

Sleep in ur left side take walk and eat green leafy vegetables fruits and take tablet in time.... sleep well and take rest...
