what are dietary musts for a mum post pregnancy to keep up her energy levels? I'm a mum to two boys ages 2 and 5. My bmi is fine and I'm thin but I look more frail than fit and am tired. What am I missing?

Hey Priti, you must focus on eating a healthy balanced diet. Include 2 servings of fruit per day. Include 2 bowls. of curd, 2 glasses of milk, 2 katoris of dal, 2 phulkas each meal, 2 bowls of salad, handful of nuts.
If you incorporate these foods you will feel energetic. :)
