eat a high protein diet, fruits n veggies etc. avoid unhealthy processed food. drink lots of water, keep yourself active with minimum 30mins brisk walk or prenatal yoga. don't over indulge in cravings.. eat multiple small meals throughout the day. be happy n enjoy this beautiful journey

For this stage of pregnancy a diet rich in iron and calcium is recommended as this is the nutrition requirement. You can also start with a walking program and some prenatal exercises once your doctor gives the go ahead. Register for a prenatal class along with your spouse as you will get to meet other moms. Stay away from junk food. Have some fun and plan a holiday as the second trimester is generally a relaxed time with minimum complaints, aches and discomforts.

Have iron calcium tablets regularly and protein powder with milk... And eat a small small meal in every two hours... Take dinner at the earliest as possible...after dinner or lunch have azwaein with salt... It will help to get rid from acidity... Coz in pregnancy acidity bahut paresan karti hai..... And eat one raw coconut daily...
