Some women appear to show a little early and this is normal. Make sure you eat a lot of fibre as this will help with constipation. High fibre foods include fruits vegetables and whole grains like nachni and oats and whole wheat. You can also add bran to roti atta. Lower back pain is associated with posture at this stage of pregnancy. Please ensure that you sit erect and if required place a small cushion in the small of your back.

i also faces these issues but after few days these issues will get resolved on their own and you will feel better... since 10th week my similar symptoms had gone away...
