It's a myth that you have to eat for two during pregnancy. After all the baby inside you is barely a few hundred grams at this stage. Eat healthy, eat small but frequent meals. A fist ful of nuts, a spoon ful of seeds, some fruit, a cup of soup, a wrap or a sandwich can all be interesting small snacks but can be loaded with nutrients with just a little planning.
