congregations..it is quite common at 1at trimester...if u r unable to consume food in large quantities try to have little n consume lots of fruits veggies n drink minimum 3-4liters of water everyday...n atleast 2glasses of milk with any of ur fav powders...

Even I had extreme fatigue body ache and vomitting in first trimester . I was not able to Sit in office for 9 hrs.. I took two months break from work. You can go for leave without pay if it suits you.

Congratulations on the pregnancy. would agree with most things that everyone has said. from small frequent meals to fluids to rest and taking it easy to taking a break and relaxing . In addition see your doctor and make sure your tests and haemoglobin , thyroid and other tests are fine. In the first trimester eat whatever does not give you nausea. All the best.

congrats! My wife too in same situation just drink plenty of water and eat 6 meals a day..

thats what i am trying to do..eating six meals a day but so hard to eat anything

Congratulations Sushmita.It is common to have nausea in first trimester.But u must eat properly balanced diet.Divide Ur 3 meals into 6 ...I mean small frequent meals.Take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.You will feel better.All the best.
