Good evening all... After my delivery my tummy is looks like 7 months.... 2 months I was used binder... No result... Now 3rd month started.... I am planning to go for belt.... What type of belt I can use... Plz help me

Belts won't help. you need to start exercising. you can start with walks slowly. Consult a Postnatal Fitness instructor to help you with specific exercises to build your core muscles. Diet also is important. Besides patience. it can take up to a year for the body to go back in shape
