M not eating for two.. My diet has not increased .. I have 1 n half roti in lunch n dinner..
First and foremost check for medical conditions like gestational diabetes thyroid imbalance or hyper tension. Next would be to look at your diet and ensure that you are eating healthy, small meals and every two to three hours. Also ensure that your meals are balanced to include all food groups. Consider seeing a prenatal nutrition counselor for a diet plan to help.
