Im a keralite ...can u give me a healthy diet chart..im breast feeding..kid s nly two month old..dont want to gain much weight..but cnt reduce food much bcs im hungry alwys and have to feed my baby also..pls suggest..



Hi Subina I think weight gain should not be a concern now, breastfeeding is important and it burns more calories. Eat everything homemade, include jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats,dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products, fish, eggs, chicken, mutton bones soup, all the vegetables and fruits ,dals in your diet regularly. Drink 4 litres of water every day , above all keep latching the baby to your breast often.
