apply some breast Milk to the nipple. air the nipple as often as you can. wear plain cotton and don't allow area to remain damp. most important try to breastfeed from that side as often as you can. I've suffered this too but I continued to breastfeed through the pain and was ok in a week. this was to avoid engorgement.

Additionally please ensure that the latch is correct. If baby is feeding with lips turned inwards it can cause extra pressure on the nipple and cause the pain and cracks. The lips should be flanged outwards and when the baby latches it should not be painful

before feeding apply ice pack. this will help u to feed proper with less pain. and nipcare is good. apply it after every feed and dont forget to clean it before feeding again.
