Hi Amandeep congratulations on your Baby, Glad you chose to breastfeed. The first and the foremost thing to successful breastfeeding is latching. Your body will secrete milk according to your baby's need. How will the body know? Only when the baby latches and sucks. Babies are born with sucking instinct, you need to help your baby to latch well. See lot of YouTube videos on latching. Hold your baby on a pillow and keep a small stool under your legs this will give a comfortable position. I'm sure you must be feeding formula, feed in spoon and bowl not in a bottle because bottle sucking is easy so baby will be lazy to put pressure and suck from breast. One by one cut down on formula, latch latch and latch. Believe in yourself and stay positive. Include lot of jeera, saunf, ajwain, daliya, oats, eggs, dry fruits, nuts, milk and milk products in your diet regularly and drink plenty of water. Sharing few articles which will definitely motivate you.
