Which Exercise to be done in 20th week

Hi Neha if you have not done any excercise before getting pregnant then its better you dont start now as your body is not used to it. Brisk walking is fine or join any prenatal classes.

Actually m working nd by end of the day feeling tired nd starred pain in legs during end of the day...
