Q:

Hii. I'm 28 weeks pregnant with twins. today on sonography we came to know one baby is having fetal asicitis and fetal pleural effusion. Dr adviced for bed rest and follow up after 15 days. m really worried what gonna happen.

First and foremost relax. In Fetal asictis in most cases it resolves itself prior to birth. This is related to excess fluid in the abdomen. Pleural effusion relates to excess fluid around the lungs. If this is minimal then it can be drained post delivery. And also causes will be evaluated so that treatment can be done. The doctor will monitor you and the baby closely to ensure that it does not increase. Please follow the doctors advice and ensure that you keep all your ante natal check ups as scheduled.

will it affect my other baby?
