Q:

hi frnds.. I'm 32week pragnent plz suggest me the proper positions to follow while sleeping..

plz sleep at left side or right side but first preferred left side

avoid sleep on back support

Avoid sleeping straight on back as it puts pressure directly on your backbone and pelvic muscle and there are chances of developing scatia later.. You can choose left or right basis what is comfortable

The best sleeping position is on the left side as it ensures optimum oxygen flow to the baby. However if you find your self on the back or left side at times in sleep it is not a problem.
