I will advise you to not to worry all is ok as per the things you have mentioned here the doctor has advised you to not to have sex and heavy physical activity which is very well known that we avoid this in pregnancy so do not worry and yes you should avoid because having heavy sex for applying more pressure object can cause discomfort bleeding which is a risk in every pregnancy so do not worry but yes you must bed rest because the inferior limit of placenta is less than 4 cm

Can she walk on stair because our flat is on 2nd floor and she has to come down for walk in morning and evening? Can she do things like cooking and house hold things or she should be in complete bed rest? Does my wife's condition indicate low lying placenta? Dr. Priyanka Patel
