Hi I have a 3 mnths baby n exclusively breast feed....I have a tummy which looks like 7mnths pregnant....can I maintain diet r recommend me some sort of exercises to reduce my tummy....

Eat healthy but do not avoid food. Avoid sugar fried and fatty foods. Start with a walking program. A thirty minutes brisk walk everyday will help in weight loss and tummy reduction.
