hi all I m aashima n I m 14 weeks pregnant. I hv low line placenta so hv been advised not to exert myself too much . I wud like to know with condition can I exercise or not n if yes which exercise is suitable for me



With a low lying placenta please avoid lower body workout. You can do upper body exercises as well as exercise for legs in a sitting posture. Regular activity walking is OK but generally you may want to avoid brisk walking. The placenta will be in a higher position by about week 20 so when you have your next scan the doctor may allow all exercises.
