Hello mommies..
Plz suggest some foods and snacks which are tasty and healthy too for my daughter. She is 1 year 8 months old. She is a fussy eater. Yesterday she ate aloo tikiya at chaupati. Today i m making it at home...plz tell some snacks like this.

Gunita you can offer everything, I give boiled eggs, carrot ,beet root ,potatoes one snack 1 day. I saute with ghee add little salt, pepper and chat masala. One day i give the baaji whatever is remaining from lunch. Dont make anything special, no kid is fussy eaters , kids will eat when they are hungry.

You can make all kind of snack at home, besan chilla, I also give aloo tikki, makhana, kurmura, fruits as snacks

U can make oats pancake with veggies, sweet potato tikki's.
