प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान काफी सारे चेंज होते है शरीर मे जिसके वजह से ऐसा हो जाता है। उनको हर दिन सुबह शाम वाक पे जाने बोलये। अच्छे गाने सुने, अच्छे किताब पढें, मेडिटेट करे। आप उनको समय दे, उनसे बात करे कि कैसे महसूस कर रही हैं वो, किसी बात की टेंशन है अगर तो वो शेयर करेंगी। उनको बाहर शॉपिंग करने, मूवी दिखाने या डिनर पे ले जा सकते हैं। फैमिली या फ्रेंड्स से मिलने ले कर जाए।
