When I sit on the floor and get up ut pains a lot. Kindly help. I am taking iron, calcium also everyday. Is this due to Vitamin D deficiency ? my family doctor advised me to complete the vitamin d course.. please help

I can't comment on what doc said... yet it lot depends upon posture in which u are picking up baby... I had normal delivery and it's only after I started going office and my time with baby was reduce to large extend that my back started to recover... or else it was killing me

Please work on your posture which will help with back ache. Also back exercises are a must since the back muscles get a lot of pressure during pregnancy. You can have the D3 test done if you like but most Indians are deficient in this nutrient.
