My mil is against coconut water n m taking water a lot but due to winters it is disturbing my sleep pattern at night

You need to drink plenty of water which you can do during the day time. Additionally eat high protein foods such as dals, chole, rajma, eggs, sprouts, lean meat etc. Coconut water is very healthy and does not make the baby's head larger.
