you can definitely add jeera powder to food, jeera again is anti flatulence so will aid in digestion too. you can also add little black pepper and ghee to make extra nutritious. I used to make mashed potatoes and paneer tikki shallow fried in ghee..

oh... then u can give him variety of fruits nd veggies a bit mashed.. add eggs in his diet daily wt diff forms... veg soups... chicken nd mutton shops too..
