i m 9 mnth 2 wk pregnant,my baby's head is up..n it is vertical position..is der ny chnce of nrml delivery m scared of cesarian

Just walk baby will move when you walk and no need to be scared cesarian is not painful

When you mention the baby's head is up I assume you mean the head is near your ribs and the baby is in breech presentation. For first time moms the doctor will recommend a surgical birth as there can be a risk of loosing the baby if the head gets stuck at the time of birth. Try doing a pelvic lift along with ice pack application as well as inverted postures like the dog pose a few times a day especially when the baby is awake. Space in the womb is limited at this time and chances of baby turning are low due to lack of space. Just relax and remember the main goal is a happy and healthy baby.

less chance of baby turning around. my first baby was breech too. don't worry so much about a cesarean. it's really quick. just try getting back to routine activities after the op, avoid being bedridden.
