my baby is not putting weight much..she is 10 month old n weight is 7.4 kg. feeding her every possible thing..like banana, ghee, avocado etc .what to do?

What was the birth weight ? A baby will triple the birth weight by one year. A ten months old is very active as they are learning how to move around independently and hence the weight gain becomes gradual. Also if there is linear growth which means a gain in the height in a particular period and no or little gain in weight in that period we do not have a cause for concern. Giving foods with high fat content for weight gain should be avoided.

Please do not make the mistake of feeding high fat foods only because you think ur baby isn't gaining weight. that's the worst thing u can do. Every baby has their own pace of gaining weight and height. Please feed her nutritious food and she will be fine. As long as he is happy and active don't worry. We are sure you don't want your baby to be obese later in life right ? be intelligent and smart about what u feed her. Do not overfeed fatty foods but give only how much is actually required by baby of that age. everything will be OK!!
