hello everyone...I am 4 weeks pregnant...My reports show i have Hypothyroid...what food should i avoid in this case and also can anyone suggest me a good maternity home or hospital in thane west.

Your doctor will prescribe medications based on your thyroid levels. Please take them as prescribed. In terms of foods avoid peanuts walnuts groundnuts soy products and cruciferous vegetables like cabbage and cauliflower.

hi, pls try taking ur thyroid meds everyday at the same time . don't have anything to eat for the next 30 to 45 mins. if u have been prescribed folic or any other meds pls keep a gap of 2 hrs minimum between the thyroid n other meds. the dosage of ur thyroid meds will keep changing as per ur blood reports. don't worry stay healthy eat well . take ur meds on time . everything will b fine .all the best. if u still worried pls speak to ur doc
