Soak your feet in warm water with some salt in it everyday. Also try and stand less and keep taking short and several rest breaks. Also you can keep your legs raised over a pillow to help blood circulation.

While sleeping keep legs elevated... While sitting also ensure ur legs are well supported / u may keep it up raised... Try soaking it in sea salt with warm water... Ensure nt much hot water... During ur next visit let the doc examine the same
