Hi. I delivered a baby boy in June 2016. At the time of deilvery my weight was 74kg. post delivery 1 month it was 64. Now it is 68. Also my knees, back is paining everyday. I feel exhausted. Doc has suggested me to do the vitamin D test. Is it due to weight gain or vitamin D deficiency? Also I am breastfeeding. Can I take green tea?

It may be due to Vitamin D deficiency or due to excess weight on the belly.

In any case, make sure you are taking a lot of sunlight directly on your skin. That will take care of Vitamin D requirements and a lot of other issues as well.

As far as the weight is concerned, make sure you do not skip food or take wrong methods to reduce weight as most likely you would be feeding your child now.

take garlic everyday in any form .instead of take non veg .it helps to increase the breast milk and also reduce ur weight.
