i deink almost 10 to 12 glasses of water...green pulses ..green vegetables almost daily...stilll constipated... i miss my iron cal tablets ..because i don't take them i fresed easily ...what else to prevmt consitipaton....i feel irritated...

Eat leafy vegetables, have some watermelon or musk melon regularly. Good to drink more water. Eat properly in regular intervals. Add dry fruits as wel. Eat fruits than having juice. Constipation is common in pregnancy. You have have flax seeds powder daily.
