Hey Anon Divya Naveen Kadiyan Yes you can use hot water bag and even ice bags during pregnancy. Its a great way to ease pain.

You can use a hot water bottle. Are you doing prenatal stretches. They worked for me

You can use a hot water bag for your lower back. I would also recommend using a wedge pillow while sleeping and some back exercises during the day. For leg cramps please increase your fluid intake and do some calf exercises like pointing and flexing of the foot.

i would tell u one thing to do..cured my cramps in just 2 days..walk 30 steps on ur toes slowly then walk 30 steps on ur heels very slowly then walk 30 steps by touching outer side of foot on the floor..do this 3-4 times in a day..ur cramps will hopefully go away
