Hello Durga g, Well, Due to weather changes it happens. Cough,  sneezing,  cold and sometimes fever are common in these days.
In order to boost immunity level of your sweetheart,  Tulsi raas is a good option. In words, yes you can give tulsi leaves in water during rainy season.  Go ahead!!!
Well, you can also try this home remedy.
Crush tulsi leaves and extract the raas and grind a small piece of ginger extract ginger juice ,mix it well and serve this mixture to ur sweetheart with lukewarm water .  U can also add a little bit of honey too (optional).
