Ms. Sonali, thanks for your quick response. I am a bit new to this portal. hence apologies for my delayed response. How can I plan my child's nutrition and keep a track of when I need to change the menu.

Your little one is telling you that she wants to eat regular food. Naturally her choices will be what she sees her parents eating. You will need to order or prepare more healthy foods at home for the child to get adapted to the same. Opt for South Indian foods in restaurants and don't order batata wada, make potato cutlets pan fried and not deep fried, make pizza at home with a layer of cottage cheese on top instead of regular cheese. There are many small changes that can be done to make the same dish much more healthy.
