I second Shubhashree n Yashoda.. Plz don't stop taking iron calcium... That's extremely important for u... Also it's pretty normal mostly... Bt advisable to keep your doctor informed

it's normal to feel diferent this is in pregnancy due to hormonal changes.
don't stop any medicines as they r very imp for the growing needs of the baby.
only if very disturbing g take medication for it , else rest .. change mood .. go for short walks .. n try diverting yor mind from it.

breathing problem also occurs .doctor suggest me sometimes these medicines don't suit so take each medicine alternatively .is it k then

Please see your gynaecologist and don't stop your medicines unless she/he says.

Hi Kavita, Feeling body ache & headache is one of the symptom of Pregnancy. increase your intake of proteins , Fruits & dry fruits in your diet . Have regular meals every few hours. Eat your calcium tablet with milk and iron tablet with vitamin C. Do not skip them . they are important for your health and your baby s growth.
Since you are in the 22 weeks Pregnant, you can also start with prenatal yoga. This shall help you stretch and strengthen your muscles , improve your mood , improve your flexibility and thereby help you deal with such aches & pains.
