it will take time to loss weight..but u can start following this step..it will help to loss weight and maintain the weight.
drink only hot water( warm water )
make a target to walk everday atleast 5000 steps..
first u start from 2000 steps.
and the last do yoga..
if their r classes near by your house that's good and if their is no class and their is no one to take care baby..then u can follow baba ram dev through youtube..he teach very easy yoga to loss weight. .

Hi kartik, relax dear. Lossing weight you can do slowly it can't happen overnight. Do simple exercise and walking. it really helps. coming to periods so far its normal. try introducing new foods so baby can give a try. and follow 3 day rule. feed the baby whenever he needs.
