If your pregnancy is planned or even if unplanned and you want this baby then please do think positive. It is normal to have these hormonal changes cause nausea and vomiting which generally settles down between week 12-16. For some women very rarely it may continue for nine months. Focus on foods you can eat and also have small meals. Identify your triggers certain smells tastes or situations which cause the nausea and try and avoid those situations.
