Yes Aarti Bhardwaj u can start Babywearing from the time ur baby is born. Choose a carrier that supports the baby's neck, head, spine (c shape) and promotes healthy hip development. For these criteria to be met, go for an ergonomic baby carrier. There are a few vendors listed here on BabyChakra, who manufacture beautiful ergonomic baby carriers. You can Chk them out in the listings.
For your child, a Ring Sling or a even a Wrap is best suited. You can also wear your child in a Meh Dai with minor adjustments.
