I know walking is a must in pregnancy bit from past 2 days I m unable to walk beyond 10 mins...My legs hurt a lot and I get very soon. My feet also swell post walk and Once I come home from walk I become very lethargic and I feel my entire body has become heavy.

dear I too had same problem and my doc advised me to walk for 10 mins 4 times a day .. 40 min s of walk daily is more than enough..

dont stress more if you are feeling tired.. just take rest.. and always have a break while walking..

maintain hydration. however short ur walks maybe. don't push yourself beyond your comfort. tc

It's normal to feel tired. You can walk for a few minutes at a time and take frequent breaks. For tired feet and swelling you can soak your feet in warm water once you are back.

you can tried walking in intervals. walking is good during pregnancy. take enough rest and its normal to feel tired during a day. walking helps you to maintain bp, you will have positive thoughts plus good to have fresh air. u will feel stress free.

hiee Preeti yes it is difficult for this tym but u can walk at ur home and if u do it with taking some walk with some rest nothing going wrong.
listen ur body and dnt do anything beyond it. good luck
