I m 9 weeks pregnant and I m suffering from acidity... Can anyone suggest me some remedies...

Acid reflux can be very common in the first trimester as there are many hormonal changes. Eat small meals, avoid spicy and oily foods, do not go long hours without eating, eat a small piece of toast or cracker every time you eat anything. So if you eat a fruit or have a coconut water have a piece of toast as well. Finally to get relief at bedtime have a small cup of chilled milk and go to bed.

Hi dharshini I too had a same problem...mint chutney with giner n garlic helps a lot...n it controls vomiting sensation too....

I used digene syrup.. It worked wonders for me

have gelusil syrup and eat dry food like toast, biscuit, puffed rice, i have the same problem and i suffer from too much vomiting but it helps.

mix poha and child milk add sugar then fridge it for some time,eat when u r hungry it helps
