My 4 year old is not interested in learning. I got a complaint today and before too that he is not paying attention and doesnt even want to sit in one place. What can i do?

Try nd make learning interesting for him..... Give him ...colors.... Clays....ur kids concentration level increases once they sit nd experience colors nd clays....

4 yr olds will be 4 yr olds :) u will just have to become his study buddy and teach in a playway. explain in school that distracts other kids etc. give him stars & stickers whn he pays attention in class. rewards help. good luck! Finding The Learning Style of Your Child - Cues and Measures You Should Know

You need to be his study and play partner. When he wants to play just accompany him and play with enthusiasm, soon he'll start studying with you in  a fun way. Make learning fun for him and watch his interest too.

perhaps he is not getting the right environment for learning. conventional schools might give pressure to the child to developmentally inappropriate learnings and stuff. and anyways 4 year old is not expected to sit at one place.
if I were you, I would let me child be himself. kindergarten is for play!

Kids attention span is less as campare to others. Try more fun learning activities so that he will stick and indulge. I will suggest wonder learn activity box for him. It has different activities which focus on overall learning development
