aditi manja pls help. jab aapka body ready ho toh slowly walking shuru kar sakte ho. kuch moms 3 mnths tak rukte hain. kuch log sirf 1mnth tak. kuch bhaari matt uthana

csec ke baad 6 weeks ke baad aap "exercise" keliye walk kar sakte ho, koi bhi bhari exercise 6 months je baad... lekin csec ke baad jitna ho sake utna aap roz walk kar sakte ho...

6 weeks tak very light stretching exercises, like rotating feet while lying down, moving shoulders up and down.. and after 6 weeks, start with light walks.

Aapko 6 week tak sambhaal ke rehna hota hai,  uske baad aap dheere dheere walking Kar saktein ho. Proper exercise aap 6 months ke baad start Kar saktein ho.

u can walk etc but for strenuous ones its better to wait til 90 days. we usually say driving also only after 60 days. ur body needs time to heal. u can walk tats fine
