Q:

how can I know that during breastfeeding my baby's tummy is full? I want to know that how much milk is sufficient for her during each feed?

There is no fixed number of milk quantity per feed. Even as an adult you do not eat the same amount of food at every meal so why expect baby to drink the same amount of milk at each feed. It's best to keep track of the number of times a baby passed urine in 24 hours. Minimum seven wet nappies or diapers indicate that the baby has taken a sufficient quantity in the last 24 hours.
